case study #1 – Chateau Vestavia:

Chateau Vestavia is a family owned and operated business located in the Vestavia Hills community of Birmingham, Alabama. For the past 14 years they have grown from an Independent Living retirement community to include Assisted Living and a Memory Care program for seniors suffering from Alzheimer’s or other dementia related diseases.


Liddle Design has worked closely with Chateau Vestavia since the beginning. Over the years we have developed their corporate identity through various collateral pieces, direct mail and advertising campaigns, both print and email, geared towards their specific local market.

Their ad campaigns are featured in regional senior magazines as well as local newspapers. It focused on the Chateau Vestavia’s friendly, helpful atmosphere and the care-free aspects of living in a full-service retirement community. Along with this campaign, we developed a tag line for each community: “All the Comforts of Home” for Chateau Vestavia and “The Care You Need When You Need it” for The Manor at Chateau Vestavia. Liddle Design created a web site that reflected the look and messaging of their printed pieces and offers the audience a virtual tour of the community.

Liddle Design continues building on Chateau Vestavia's brand recognition through informative HD videos for their YouTube channel. We also create the images and promotionals essential to successful Facebook presence and email campaigns. Since these introductions, Chateau Vestavia has increased their occupancy to 90% and are receiving more and more requests daily for additional information.
