| Q. |
Is
there a minimum order quantity? |
| A. |
Yes, we require your order
to be a minimum of $300.00 or more.
|
| Q. |
What
types of payment do you accept?
|
| A. |
We accept Visa and Master
Card.
|
| Q. |
How
will my order be billed?
|
| A. |
Once it has been shipped,
we will also bill for tax, freight and any additional costs
that may occur.
|
| Q. |
How
long before my order arrives?
|
| A. |
Although
lead-times vary with the product and supplier, most orders
ship within
two to three weeks from the customer’s proof approval.
Rush ordering within three days or less may also be available.
Direct import orders usually require 60-90 days lead-time
and delivery depends on method of shipment selected – air
freight or ocean freight. Please let us know on the front
end when your event date is so we can determine the correct
shipping method.
|
| Q. |
What
requirements are there for my logo?
|
| A. |
EPS in vector Illustrator
format with fonts converted to outlines or curves. All
images should be embedded. Embedded images should be TIF
or JPEG 300 DPI and at actual final size printed or larger.
Enlarging low resolution small images magnifies the flaws
and pixels and will not make good printed art.
The same goes for raster art such as JPEGS or TIFS, they must be at 300
DPI or higher at actual final size to be printed. Any color images should
be CMYK ready (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and black). That is for 4 color
process printed images. Certain items will not hold a half tone screens
such as a black and white photo with shades of gray, especially when
very small. Very small images should not have thin lines, small open
spaces or screens for they will fill in and won't be recognizable.
|
| Q. |
What
if I don't have an electronic version of my logo?
|
| A. |
We would be happy to create
one for you at an additional charge. Art charges are billed
at $50.00 per hour in half hour increments. Minimum $25.00.

| Q. |
If
our company wants an exclusive online catalog of promotional
merchandise can you do this for us?
|
| A. |
YES! It
is just one of our many services we offer and we’d
love to have the opportunity to do this for you.
|
| Q. |
What
are promotional products?
|
| A. |
Promotional
products (usually imprinted with a company’s name,
logo, or message) include useful or decorative items
used to enhance marketing
and communication programs. Imprinted products that are
distributed free are called advertising specialties. Imprinted
items given as an incentive or as a result of a specific
action are known as premiums. Business gifts, awards, and
commemoratives are also considered promotional products.
|
| Q. |
Why
use promotional products?
|
| A. |
•
|
Research
shows that 39% of your customers are more likely
to remember your name as long as six months after
receiving a promotional product when the item has
your company name, logo, or message imprinted on
it.
|
•
|
Customers
re-order faster and more often when promotional
products are used instead of coupons. In another
Southern Methodist University study, results showed
that customers receiving promotional products reordered
up to 18% sooner than those who received coupons
and up to 13% sooner than those who received no
promotion.
|
•
|
Promotional products
are ideal for creating awareness among a selective
audience. For example, a Southern Methodist University
study found selective distribution of promotional
products outperformed school newspaper advertising
two-to-one.
|
•
|
Baylor University
found promotional products inserted into direct
mail solicitations boosted response rates by up
to 75%.
|
•
|
Promotional products
effectively reinforce employee sales contests.
Results from a Baylor University study found that
contests offering incentives outperformed ones
without incentives by up to 50%.

| Q. |
What are some
of the pros and cons of using imprinted promotional products? |
| A. |
Pros: Promotional
products marketing fits into any advertising budget,
complements other media, can be directed to selected
audiences and remains to repeat the advertising message
each time the product is used, without extra cost
per exposure. People like to receive them. And since
the items are useful and appealing they are effective
as incentives and motivators. Because there are so
many products available, there is a lot of flexibility
in planning a successful promotion.
|
Cons: On many
products the imprint area is limited. Production
time could range from days to as much as eight weeks
depending on the product and the complexity of the
imprint. And, unlike broadcast or other media where
there is automatic distribution, with promotional
products advertising, you must plan a distribution
method.

to view more products than you could possibly view in a printed
catalog. When you decide what you would like, or have used
the web site to gather some ideas, give us a call, use the

| Q. |
I don't have
time to figure this out right now. Can I speak with someone
about my project / order / sample / quote? |
| A. |
YES! Absolutely! Call us
right away 615-385-7626 for immediate assistance! |
| Q. |
What are Set
Up Fees and do I need them? |
| A. |
A fee charged by the manufacturer for labor
and materials needed in order to transfer your logo to the
printing method. A silk-screen requires a screen fee for
every color, this is needed to manufacturer you the screens
you will need for printing your logo. A deboss or hot stamp
requires that we make you a metal plate for which the machine
makes your imprint witch is otherwise known as a plate or
a die. Digitizing for embroidery is the most expensive process,
we need to make you a digitized tape so the stitching machine
can recreate your logo on fabric. Many of these setups are
outsourced to companies who specialize in correctly making
these items, and the fees are the costs for this service.
Often times we will keep your plate, screen, or mold on hand
for a few years for reorders, this way you will not have
to pay another setup charge again. |
| Q. |
Can I get a
sample of the item I am interested in? |
| A. |
Yes, samples for all products can be ordered,
however we do ask that you call and speak to your Account
Representative so that we are able to understand what products
you are considering and we will be able to service you better. |
| Q. |
Can I get a
sample with my logo on it to see how it will look? |
| A. |
Yes, we can have the factory
actually produce the item with the imprint on it so you
will know exactly
how it will look and make any changes you would like before
having the whole order printed. This service is called “Pre-Production
Proof” and there is a fee which usually runs between
$50.00 - $200.00. Most factories have amore economical way
of showing you what the finished product will look like without
actually printing the item. This is called a “Virtual
Sample” and usually this is faster than having the
actual product imprinted and it isn't as expensive. The average
cost for the Virtual sample is FREE but sometimes there is
a fee which can run between $15.00 - $30.00. |
