Liddle Design
has worked closely with Chateau Vestavia since
the beginning. Over the years we have developed several
collateral pieces, direct mail and advertising campaigns
geared towards their specific local market.
Their ad campaign was featured in regional senior magazines as well as
local newspapers. It focused on the Chateau Vestavia’s
friendly, helpful atmosphere and the care-free aspects of living in a
full-service retirement community. Along with this campaign, we developed
a tagline for each community: “All the Comforts of Home” for Chateau
Vestavia and “The Care You Need When You Need it” for The
Manor at Chateau Vestavia. Liddle Design created a web site that
reflected the look and messaging of their printed pieces and offers the
audience a virtual tour of the community.
Since the introduction of the collateral / ad campaign and up-dated web
site launch, Chateau Vestavia has increased their occupancy
to 90% and are receiving more and more requests daily for additional
information.

Over the past couple of years they began handling clients nationwide
and were growing fast. A consistent brand message was essential
to stand out from their competitors and to increase their business
in the future.
Once Liddle Design had a complete understanding of Precision
Signworks’ objectives, we created strong brand awareness
through collateral pieces, a new logo symbol and integrated web
site. This clearly defined brand messaging connected with potential
clients and got the result they wanted.
Since the introduction of their new look, they have received great
feedback from catalog mailings, web site traffic and at tradeshows. Precision
Signworks is now known nationwide as a industry leader in
large-format digital printing and signage production. Recently
they moved into a new 50,000 square foot facility and their business
has increased tremendously.
